  • Closing date for entries 1st June (entries may be accepted after closing date in exceptional circumstances).
  • Fill out one entry form for each cheese entered in each class (photocopies accepted)

Entry description e.g. list the standardised or common name. For non-standard cheeses, please provide detailed information on the cheese, such as its name, intended use, fat and moisture target levels, flavour characteristics and any other descriptive information.

Verifying Organisation
Please give details of an organisation which can verify that your cheeses are produced using only Jersey Milk. Eg National Association, Local Food Standard Agency, Farm Assurance Scheme etc...











Declaration: I agree to abide by the competition rules and confirm that any cheeses entered are made from solely Jersey milk. Any entry found to be in breach of the competition rules will be immediately disqualified.
