Entering the contest online is easy and fully secure. Please fill out the Online Entry Form for each of your entries and send with a click of a mouse. Alternatively, download and print out the Entry Form from the website for mailing or faxing.

  • This entry form must be completed in full
  • Closing date for entries 1st June (entries may be accepted after closing date in exceptional circumstances).
  • Fill out one entry form for each cheese entered in each class (photocopies accepted)
